Your Questions .

WHEN SHOULD I BRING MY CHILD FOR THEIR FIRST DENTIST VISIT?

The ADA recommends bringing a child to the dentist about six months after their first tooth appears. We think you should bring your child when they are ready. The first appointment will be a “happy visit” where we just get to know your child and let them get to know us. Most children are ready for an appointment like this at around 2 years of age. When your child visits, we’ll be ready with our treasure chest of prizes and play area! Your child will also appreciate having control of the TV remote in their exam room.

CAN YOU HELP ME WITH MY FEAR OF THE DENTIST?

Absolutely! One of the reasons our patients love this office is because of how friendly and welcoming it is. Ask for a pillow and blanket. Let us get you a drink or warm towel! You’ll love the massage option in our patient chairs, and you can watch whatever you like on the television in your private exam room. If you are still feeling anxious, just let us know. We also offer three types of sedation to help you relax and get the healthy smile you deserve.

HOW EXPENSIVE ARE DENTAL IMPLANTS?

Dental implants are an incredible way to replace missing teeth. However, it is next to impossible for us to give you an estimate of what that might cost without first seeing your mouth. Many factors go into this type of treatment. We’ll need to evaluate the health of your remaining teeth, the health of your bone, and the health of your gums. You may require additional dental work before the dental implant can be placed, or we may be able to restore function to your smile without the amount of work you’re currently envisioning. Find out for sure. Visit us for a consultation appointment and see what your options are. Call 972-346-9998 today.

DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?
We take all PPO dental insurance plans. We are in network with four dental insurance companies: Delta, Cigna, MetLife, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Be sure to call our office ahead of time (or check with your insurance company) to see what your insurance plan includes. If you don’t have dental insurance, ask about our in-house Smile Advantage. We have multiple versions of this plan so that you get the care needed for your entire family.
